The B.Tech program in Computer Science and Engineering was started in the year 2005 with an intake of 60, increased to 120 in 2007 , 180 in 2012, 240 in 2013 and 840 in 2024. Besides, an additional 10% seats are under lateral entry scheme. The department is also offering M.Tech program in Computer Science and Engineering from the year 2011, with an intake of 6. The B.Tech (Computer Science and Engineering) program accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) since 2008.
